We are seeking a Receptionist to be based in our Johannesburg, South Africa office.
Description of Responsibilities:
A vacancy for an Assistant Receptionist/Administrator has become available in the Johannesburg office. The successful candidate will report to the Office Manager.
Experience and Skills
The candidate must:
,- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the office receptionist field.
,- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
,- Have excellent customer service and interaction skills.
,- Have a professional, customer-focused approach when representing the Company.
,- Must have worked on a Switchboard System.
,- Understand and follow Company policies and procedures.
,- Have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
,- Be able to work in a team environment.
,- Be proficient in MS Office/Outlook/MS Access.
Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate`s duties and responsibilities are:
,- Managing the switchboard, front desk and reception area.
,- Liaising with clients both face to face and telephonically in a professional manner.
,- General office administration as required.
,- Assisting with Courier for the company.
,- Central contact person for office security.
,- Public Address System (PA system) Controller.
,- Coordinate external meeting attendees.
