Specification
Identify possible marketing system requirements or needs which support the Marketing strategy and implement projects that will meet these needs.
Maintain systems including a management information system and online functionalities to support the Marketing strategy.
Testing of system developments and amendments.
Give support to end users with regards to the Marketing rolls and systems developed.
Compile and distribute data requests to all relevant clients.
Expansion of current statistic reports and development of new ways or reporting in order to make statistics easily accessible and user friendly.
Investigate and monitor the accuracy of all statistics which is supplied to the Marketing division.
Prepare Marketing system reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Develop, maintain and manage the integration of the Leads management system and Campaign management
Reporting on the VOC feedback from all e-channels and compiling and distributing reports to relevant owners as well as the research and product development division.
Requirements
Grade 12
A applicable qualification in terms of FAIS legislation (120 credits)
Meet the fit and proper requirements set by FAIS legislation.
Five (5) years applicable experience in a system development environment and/or Marketing and Sales environment.
Must possess knowledge of the following:
- Professional knowledge and experience of the theory, practice, techniques and implementation of marketing;
- System development;
- Regression, functional and integration testing;
- PR campaigns, advertising campaigns, products, websites, online marketing, financial status, growth of the competitive medical schemes;
- Medical Aid Scheme’s Act.
Computer literate in MS Office.
Must possess a valid K53 driving licence.
Must possess the following skills:
- Technology skills;
- Presentations, negotiations;
- Interpersonal relations;
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
- Language proficient in English and Afrikaans (read, write and speak).
