The Logistics Clerk – Field Services will be responsible for the fulfilment of new installations and service calls for field service merchants. Action all activations for field service merchants on time by linking terminals and equipment and allocating the activations to the Logistics - Team Leaders.

The Logistics Clerk – FS will co-ordinate with the Logistics Team Leaders to make sure that the new installations and service calls for field service merchants’ is part of the daily planning.

The Logistics clerk – FS will make sure that the correct equipment is allocated and linked to all field service new installations and service calls logged. The Logistics Clerk – FS will make sure that all new installations and service calls have been completed within SLA.

The Logistics Clerk - Field Services will follow up on all outstanding new installations and service calls with the Logistics - Team Leaders and Logistics - Supervisor, this will them be communicated to the ACS Field Services - KAM.

Handling field service questions and queries that come through via email, massage or phone calls from Field Service - Technicians and field service merchants as well as providing feedback to Field Service - Technicians and field service merchants in a timeously manner. 

Co-ordinating and communicating with the Stores Clerk and the Stores Controller around weekly stock takes done for field service merchants, this includes making sure that there is enough stock to complete new installs and service calls. Weekly variance exercises will be done to make sure that all equipment has been allocated correctly.

Making sure that Field Service - Technicians are taking proper care of tools and equipment that belong to field service merchants during transportation and installation, communication with the Logistics Team Leaders and Logistics Supervisor is extremely important if there are any issues.

Making sure that all field service billing requirements have been completed by updating the monthly field service billing sheets. Checking that the monthly billing is correct before sending it through to the Field Services – KAM. A weekly report on all issue’s experiences must be sent through to the Field Services - KAM as well as supporting the Field Services – KAM daily.
