Job Description Europcar is seeking an analytical, organised and deadline driven Fleet Supervisor to join their new branch at the Lanseria Airport. All job seekers who meet the minimum requirements and are looking at joining an dynamic company are encouraged to apply.
Position Overview The purpose of the position is to ensure that all fleet duties are completed timeously and to the required standard in order for fleet efficiencies to be realized and business risk to be controlled.
Specific Role Responsibilities Job Outputs
• Ensure licences and permits are valid – keep register of renewal dates and ensure renewals applied for well in advance.
• Monitoring and control of entire claims process.
• Ensure compliance of claim related documents.
• Appointment of assessors.
• Ensure vehicles are sent for repairs/maintenance within 12 hours of a defect/accident having been reported.
• Issue repair orders.
• Monthly claims and maintenance reporting.
• Maintain close contact with suppliers and repairers.
• Ensure that vehicles are serviced timeously.
• Manage weekly fleet check and ensure there are no missing vehicles.
• Assist Depot Supervisor with weekly accessory audits (phones, fire extinguishers and first aid kits)
Qualifications and Experience Minimum Experience
• 3 years of relevant experience within a similar environment (including prior supervisory/team lead experience)

Minimum Qualification
• Grade 12

Minimum Requirements
• Unendorsed valid driver’s license
• Computer literate especially in MS Office (Word and Excel)
