Purpose To assess the call quality of the call centre agents who deal with our existing and potential customers.
Qualifications Essential • Grade 12 qualification
Experience • 1-2 years prior outbound and inbound/sales call centre experience required
Knowledge • Knowledge of program-specific processes, policies and systems
Skills •Computer Literate: MS Office and MS Excel
•Strong administration and analytical skills
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Bilingual preferably fluent in English and Afrikaans
Job objectives •Monitor both live and recorded calls and measure adherence on quality policies and procedures
•Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound interaction quality for contact centre, including chat or email
•Identify customer needs and expectations from monitored transactions
•Help facilitate call calibration sessions for call centre staff by preparing the correct material
•Tracks issues in the quality monitoring systems or tools and analyse the results
•Generate progress reports for management
•Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
