WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO

    Responding to emails daily.
    Keep filling up to date.
    Keep network and service provider lists up to date.
    Provided telephonic support to the teams on site.
    Assist with stock ordering and arranging with couriers to deliver stock at the regions.
    Liaise with clients, staff and MH by handling complaints and requests.
    Compile reports and capture data.
    Load locum staff on the payroll system.
    Assist with financial aspects such as verifying invoices.
    Obtain athorisations for services done from the client.
    Follow up with relevant medical schemes regarding members enrolled in case management programmes.


WHAT'S THIS ROLE ABOUT

The purpose of this position is to provide efficient and effective administratioin to ensure the smooth running of the area.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

    A valid Matric certificate.
    A valid South African ID document.
    Tertiary qualification in Administration will be advantageous.
    1-2 years administration experience.
    Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).

    Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
    A sense of urgency and business commitment.
    Positive attitude, drive, flexibility and a professional image in terms of appearance and conduct consistently.
