Our Client is looking for an Admin Support (Centurion). Must have experience in Excel and be able to understand and do Pivot Tables.


Technical Support

Technical database capturing and update.

Schedule of technical training, induction and medicals for technicians.

Keeping Technician training and certificates up to date.

Job card and invoice admin.

Customer call out and repair work monitoring and update.

Technicians travelling and booking arrangements.


Answer switchboard and transfer to relevant party or relay messages.

General administration support to the office and ad hoc duties.

Travel arrangements - flights, accommodation, rental vehicles.

Keep office inventories up to date.

Minutes of Meetings.

Maintain Company documentation: BBBEE, etc.

General office / building maintenance / electricity.

Making sure that all office systems, printers etc. are managed and maintained.

Sales Support

Marketing Crates preparation, organising and refill.

Complete tender and vendor documentation.

Marketing material - Promotions, flyers, etc.

Purchasing and inventory of Marketing give-aways (pens, key rings).

Preparing of demo's brochures and give-aways.

Less frequent duties

Artwork and printing of banners.

Office Stationery / Printer Toners / Business cards.

Invitations, Itinerary.

Visitor's accommodation, planning, gift baskets, etc.

Workshops: catering, stationery, host.

Planning & catering of functions & seminars.

Cell phone Contracts - New contracts, enquiries, etc.

Birthday cards & gifts.


Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Admin and Organizational skills

Attention to detail

Microsoft proficient

Own transport


Previous reception and marketing / creativity experience
