Job Description Job Function To manage the switchboard, distribute mail and take down messages.
Key performance area
? Making sure that all incoming calls are answered and transferred to the correct person.
? Controlling the reception door by making sure that only managers and visitors enter.
? Receiving and sending courier bags to the correct destinations.
? Sorting claims and logging them on Proteus.
? Capture inbound reports and assist admin department with other administrative functions when necessary.
Nature of position
? Overseeing the external incoming communication to the business in a professional manner.
Specific Role Responsibilities
Qualifications and Experience ? Matric
? Relevant certificate advantageous
Skills and Personal Attributes ? 2 years’ experience in a similar environment
? Must be able to communicate well on all levels
? Ability to work well under pressure and have welcoming, friendly mannerisms
