Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Durban
Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support
Primary Role Accountabilities :
 Answering switchboard
 Manage extension lists
 Receive and interact with incoming visitors
 Filing documents in compliance file with Datacentrix Management System
 Coordinate office cleaning activities, including stock
 Manage cleaning staff
 Follow up on all outstanding matters on behalf of and as instructed by Management
 Manage and ordering of stock
 Coordinate boardroom bookings
 Arrange refreshments for customers and boardroom meetings
 Manage and escalate office maintenance
 Manage office access for staff and customers within the building
Critical Requirements - Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
 Relevant Secretarial Diploma or at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
 Matric or Grade 12 Essential
 experience in a similar position
 Good communication skills are critical
 Good telephone etiquette
 Good typing skills (Minimum 100 words per minute)
 Self - motivated & very organized
 Computer literate
 Punctual
 Well mannered
