Company Profile An opportunity has become available for an Office Administrator to join the CIRO team based in Westmead, reporting directly to the Regional Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing office and general support to the teams.
Duties & Responsibilities Assist with processing purchase orders and requisitions.
Update fixed asset register.
Order office consumables.
Liaise with landlord regarding building issues or maintenance and external service providers (fire equipment, plumbers, etc.).
Manage reception and switchboard.
Book travel for team when required.
Book boardrooms and coordinate events.
Housekeeping of training rooms and reception area.
Assist with taking product orders and forward to the Call Centre Consultant.
Check validity of vehicle licenses and manage fines.
Conduct Fire Drills and update key registers.
Attend meetings, keeping record and taking action on requests.
Action items from the Marsh Audit.
Process property related invoices to the accounts department.
Report incidents and near misses.
Competencies Relating and networking.
Planning and organising.
Following instructions and procedures.
Coping with pressures and setbacks.
Experience Required A minimum of 2 years Administration Support experience within a Warehousing/Distribution environment.
Minimum Qualifications Required Grade 12/Matric or equivalent.
Knowledge Required Computer Literate.
Own transport required.
