Key Purpose An exciting opportunity exists for a vibrant and driven individual within the Discovery Life – Servicing Team as a Communications Consultant in KZN. The primary function of this role is to effectively respond and handle e-mail queries and changes from a client and 3rd parties.
Key Outputs The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following broad job functions:

Ensure daily individual targets are met as a collective to reach daily TWT (Todays work today) on Correspondence pools

Understand the Discovery Life Product and processes in order to effectively respond to queries and process changes.

Ability to work collectively in a team to reach the team and business objectives.

Excellent interpretation of written requests/queries in order to provide high quality service.

Qualifications & Experience Matric with Mathematics – Essential
1 - 2 years working experience in a call centre environment within the Life insurance or financial services industry – Advantageous
1 – 2 years working experience in an administrative role within the Life insurance or financial services industry – Advantageous
