Job Description

    To support Industry Services sales, members and non-members by administering the sales process of the Visitor Guide advertising space
    Provides an administrative role to the Industry Services Manager, Sales Account Managers and broader colleagues
    Answering of telephone calls
    Record all Visitor Guide sales, cancellations and status updates on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
    Update all Visitor Guide advertiser details
    Update all Tourism Services Administrators and Account Managers of financial progress on individual adverts placed
    Maintenance of Visitor Guide advertiser data base, payment structure and comment files
    Produce and manage placing of adverts and listings together with the editor
    Produce weekly and monthly reports of Visitor Guide sales
    Monitor, schedule and activate benefit delivery for Partnership agreements
    Record the delivery of all benefits pertaining to Partnership agreements
    Record all invoicing and payments received for Partnership agreements
    Produce quarterly reports for Partnerships
    Prepare and co-ordinate events for Partners hosted by CTT
    Participates in industry, market segment, networking sessions, training platforms and shows
    Direct sales leads to the appropriate member of the sales team if not handled directly
    Liaise with Sales Account Managers to ensure they receive relevant information and updates on procedural changes, advertiser or partner queries or any other area pertaining directly to the sales function
    Contribute to improving the business and enhancing the reputation of the organisation by putting forward new ideas and by implementing change when requested to do so



Main Purpose
Achieves maximum sales profitability and growth through liaising with potential and existing members/partners generated through Sales Account Managers, website enquiries, walk-ins at Visitor Information Centres and telephonic enquiries within the market segment of the Sales Account Manager, effectively selling the company’s Visitor Guide advertising space and Partnership services. 

Administratively manage the Visitors Guide sales and Partnership segment of the Sales Account Manager, ensuring high levels of  accuracy of booking of advertising space and delivery of benefits to Partners.


Requirements
Qualification Level: GR12 National Senior Certificate and National (Vocational) Certificate L4 Additional Qualification Level:
Experience Required: 3 - 5 years
