My Client in Bellville CT is urgently looking for an Operations Team Leader
Reporting to: Project Manager
1. Key Performance Indicators:
 Obtaining volumes from clients and input using various software,
 Communicate plans as per program to Warehouse loading teams ensuring loads are checked/staged/loaded,
 Ensure distribution of clients stock in accordance to their NDD and NDT expectations,
 Routing/Scheduling cost saving initiatives,
 Liaise with BTSM for vehicle repairs, services and tyres for Nestle Bellville fleet,
 Complete daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports,
 Oversee Linehaul requirements,
 Daily Customer Op's meetings,
 Handling and resolving all Customer Queries,
 Ensuring all staff have reported for duty for the day and forecasting/allocating/sourcing required labour for daily operations (in conjunction with Contracts Manager/Phillippi Depot Manager),
 Oversee all HR & ADMIN functions
 Ad hoc tasks as required,
 ISO9001-2015 knowledge & commitment,

2. Competencies:
 Competency and efficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel,
 Must be able to work under pressure,
 Problem Solving and Thinking laterally as part of a team, to meet the needs of the company,
 Efficient administrative skills,
 Dynamic, innovative and structured individual,
 Excellent written and verbal English communicational skills,
 Professional, hard working, fast learning individual,
 Valid driver’s license,
 Own transport essential,
 Willing to work extended hours

Salary R12K-15 neg.

3. Qualifications:
 Matric,
 Warehousing and Distribution experience essential,
 Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role ,
 Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.
