RCL FOODS is seeking a qualified Electrician to join their Consumer Chicken Division. The role will be based in Worcester and will report to the Electrical Engineer. RCL FOODS is looking for an efficient, trade tested and dedicated person.

The electrician will be responsible for maintaining all machines to obtain their optimum efficiencies, ensuring that all planned maintenance work is done according to schedules and all records are kept up to date. The electrician will be required, when deemed necessary to assist with new projects and work overtime when required.
Minimum Requirements • Electrician Trade Test
• N3 +
• Wireman’s License
• Minimum of 5 years production line or FMCG maintenance experience
• Basic PLC experience
• Electrical fault finding experience
• Ability to read Electrical Drawings
Duties & Responsibilities • Attend to and maintain plant production equipment
• Responsible for ensuring that preventative planned maintenance is performed in a cost effective way to ensure minimum downtime and product losses
• Maintenance of electrical equipment - production lines, high speed packaging lines, dust and explosion proof equipment
• Maintenance of electrical networks
• Fault finding and repair of electrical equipment
• Construction of new electrical equipment in plants
• Handle breakdowns in an effective manner/ work without supervision/work under stress
• Accurate completion of dMS and administrative forms
