A demanding and challenging position has arisen within the TFG Resourcing Department for a Graduate Recruitment Lead who is passionate about the business imperative of attracting and securing the best talent for TFG.

Thriving under pressure and taking pride in maintaining high levels of performance, he/she should enjoy a fast-paced, professional environment. The development and maintenance of excellent business partnering relationships with the various businesses in TFG is of utmost importance.

Key Responsibilities:
Custodian and project management of the graduate recruitment process from sourcing, screening to selection and placement for relevant vacancies
Liaison with various stakeholders during the recruitment process
Relationship building with Line and HR Managers within TFG
Effective utilisation of the e-Recruitment tool
Assessment administration and feedback
Support and contributing to graduate recruitment and development strategies
Partnering with diverse internal and external stakeholders
Participate in learning and development opportunities
To qualify for the position you will need to have:
3-5 years graduate recruitment experience (Essential)
A Post Grad degree in HR/ Social Sciences (Essential)
2-3 years Leadership Experience (Desirable)
Registration as a Psychometrist and SHL training (highly advantageous)
Previous experience in recruitment or related HR field
Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
A sense of urgency and commitment to developing mutually beneficial relationships
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Good administrative skills with a high attention to detail
The ability to multi-task and efficiently manage high vacancy/application volumes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
