A position has become vacant for a Service Desk Coordinator at our Cape Town branch.

Description:

Proactively keep clients updated regarding changes, network difficulties or any other problems.
To oversee the planning and scheduling of service engineers.
Keep accurate details and records of clients.
Define processes and workflows.
To update management of any service related issues affecting Vox Telecom.


Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12

1 Year service related experience

1 Year customer service experience
