Job Description
• Co-ordinate loading and offloading of vehicles and manage the delivery of products
• Manage and develop employees in work team and maintain a safe and reliable fleet, equipment and working environment; Maintain customer relations and process Management
• Debriefing Management- receive all the trip documentation from drivers and check if correct information is provided
• Complete and maintain Operational Information; alert Customer Services to create credit memo’s for returned stock and find out the reasons for returns.
• Comply with site H & S requirements. Ensure SLA is adhered to at all times.

Qualifications and Experience
• Grade 12/Matric
• Diploma/Degree in Logistics/ Transport Management will be an advantage
• At least 2 years in Logistics Operations Department
• Must have own reliable transport – availability Sat / Sun as per client requirements.
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office and PowerPoint, C-Track knowledge and SAP will be advantage
• Strong admin skills as well as a good distribution / operational skills.
• Be able to control pre-load team / shunter / after hour deliveries.
• Knowledge of the Road Freight Legislation & Good Industrial Relations background
Skills and Personal Attributes • Excellent communication skills at senior levels and a forward thinker and leader of people
• Must be able to work independently and be deadline driven and willing to work long hours
• Must be willing to work shifts
• Valid Driver’s Licence & PrDP
