Ø Systems, processes and general administration:
· Timeously prepare samples for meetings;
· Maintain an efficient filing system;
· Ensure consistent approach to admin within the department;
· Make suggestions for improvements.
Ø Sample Control:
· Ensure samples are provided to the relevant parties timeously (Supplier, Buyer, QA);
· Maintain fit rails;
· Co-ordinate the movement of samples between departments;
· Maintain an organised archive area.
Ø Computer literate (Word, Excel and Outlook);
Ø A sense of urgency with high energy;
Ø Attention to detail;
Ø Friendly, team orientated nature;
Ø Good communication skills;
Ø Positive and enthusiastic approach;
Ø Organised and systematic,;
Ø Deadline driven and pro-active;
Ø Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
