I'm looking for a kitchen supervisor with solid cooking skills (preparing breakfast lunch and A'la Carte) and a experienced CDP who is ambitious and wanting to move up to Sous Chef.
We are launching a new menu soon and I would like these positions filled before then. We do a lot of function between September and March, must be comfortable with volume.
Must be fully computer literate.
Assist with daily and monthly stock takes.
Assist with daily issues and ordering.
Assist with managing kitchen brigade.
Normal hospitality hours with shift work. Own transport preferable. Position is in Stellenbosch.
