Requirements Tertiary qualification with Marketing and or Healthcare as an advantage.
Building effective networks between supporting specialists and referring doctors.
Conflict resolution principles and techniques to help parties identify a mutually agreed solution.
Focusses on client needs and satisfaction, set high standards for quality and/or quantity, monitors and maintains quality productivity.
Maintains a calm and professional approach to work even under challenging circumstances for conflict situations. Recognises information relevant to specific situations and identifies basic trends and patterns therein.
Keeps track of timelines and monitor progress against deadlines.
Persuade, convince and influence others in order to gain agreement from others.
Willingness to work long hours and to travel.
Proven business acumen and strong numerical skills.
Ability to function independently and within a team.

Key Outputs Accept ownership of hospital referral management strategies and relevant plans for Mediclinic Constantiaberg.
Implementation of strategies to support the corporate and hospital's business plan, meet budget requirements and adhere to policies and procedures.
Mutual beneficial relationships are facilitated between Specialists and Hospital, as well as supporting Specialists and referring General Practitioners (GP's).
Doctor relationship management is elevated to next level of consultative sales in order to increase and retain bed-days sold.

Comprehensive and detailed doctor profiles, of all supporting and referring GP's, are up-to-date, managed and maintained on Doctor Search and CRM database. Providing training and support for doctors on Mediclinic systems. CPD, doctor services and social event needs are determined and addressed as per ISLA.
Operational and capital budgets are prepared and managed.
The position will have a direct focus on the emerging market. Hospital's specialist mix are managed through the identification of new practice opportunity's (PO's) and succession planning for aged Doctors.
