In order to increase our effectiveness in helping people improve their lives through learning, we are looking for a **Youth Community Co-ordinator at** **Pearson** **South** **Africa,** to assist the Boost Project Team in promoting Boost to youth and managing . youth registrations.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Following up and supporting youth registrations and leads from marketing initiatives

+ Migrating profiles from survey monkey to online platform

+ Quality assuring profile content in terms of attachments and video/audio clips

+ Encouraging youth to complete learning modules and video/audio clips

+ Managing whatsapp youth groups

+ Keeping of an accurate tracking system and following-up to ensure work is delivered on time

+ Gathering information on poor/extremely poor job performance ratings/feedback and referring to standard operating procedures for guidance on resolution

+ Administrative and logistical support to the Boost Project Team

+ To ensure that high standards of quality and ethics are maintained in every transaction and engagement, and to bring to the attention of Angela Abbott, any concerns or issues relating to these which fall outside of your direct sphere of influence

+ Understanding the problems and concerns of others so as to assist colleagues deliver on project deadlines

+ Proficient in speaking and writing English and Xhosa/Afrikaans

+ Computer literate (MS Office Suite and internet)

+ Ability to work under pressure
