Purpose The ideal candidate will assist the Benefits Department to conclude all aspect pertaining to benefits administration
Qualifications •Tertiary qualification preferably in HR
Experience • 2 Years Generalist experience in Admin
Knowledge • Administration
Skills • Computer literacy (Typing; MS Office and G Suite Applications)
• SAP
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Afrikaans; any African languages will be advantageous
Job objectives • To handle various aspects of benefits administration
• To maintain databases on Excel/Sheets
• To provide general administrative assistance with benefits queries
• To attend to ad hoc tasks related to benefits administration
