Minimum Requirements

Education and Experience

Matric or equivalent
1 to 2 years general administration
Minimum 3 years experience in the transport industry
Computer literate (Windows 2003 & 2007)
Skills and Knowledge

Working knowledge of MS Excel
Basic accounting skills
Basic payroll / Time & Attendance
Filing and record keeping
Data capturing skills
Job Specification

Key Performance Areas

Filing & Record Keeping
Balance and compile revenue weekly
Monthly debtor's invoicing
Compile creditors batching and posting to creditors system CS3
Compile contract reports
Compile sheet 9 daily
Responsible for petty cash
Submit wage report
Capturing wages on VIP
Must have own transport
Must be willing to work overtime when requested
Problem solving ability
Good communication skills
Compile daily operational reports
