Job Description To meet set KPI’s for the department by being a support mechanism for the Account Manager, and assisting in the retaining of the current client base through effective account support and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities - Monitor activation of new client accounts and request debit order mandates instruction forms for verification purposes.
- Support Account Managers with account related enquiries such as batch limit increases, statement enquiries, recons on statements and general system user support.
- Respond to disputes from banks/account holders regarding transactions processed by the company on behalf of clients.
- Monitor client accounts and manage funds release to correct any account balance problems/disputes.
- Delete authorized payment batches on client’s request.
- Verify payments processed by the company and supply account holder with relevant client’s information.
- Verify with Operations that all fees due to the company are recovered before closing client’s accounts on receipt of a signed account cancellation form.
- Add clients to master / beneficiary file

- To train and mentor clients utilizing the different Sage Pay services
