Requirements

National Diploma in relevant field
2 years in an event /project management /marketing / research
environment

Computer literate – MS Office & SAP
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Report - writing skills with attention to detail
Knowledge of relevant legislation and procedures.
Key Performance Areas

Conducting research and investigations in order to collect data to
support the work of more senior professionals and the Department /

Branch.

Drafting and implementing detailed delivery schedules per event
Analysing and evaluating information gained from a variety of
sources and formulate conclusions and recommendations.

Providing the results of research and investigations to clients
internally both verbally and in the form of written reports.

Participating in the facilitation of project for the Events Department.
Conducting pre-event and initial on site meetings with delegates.
Responding to routine queries regarding the Department's/ Branch's
services and systems and resolving problems within his/her area of

authority.

Safe- keeping of research material, results of investigations and
correspondence.

Compiling and maintaining statistical records for the Department
Coordinating meetings with management as well as internal and
external clients to provide information on projects, events, policies,

procedures and systems.
