Requirements for Administrative Officer 2 City Of Cape Town
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 5 years’ relevant administration experience of which two years
should be a supervisory level
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel), SAP BI, Time and
Attendance Administrator (additional SAP modules AM, RE, MM will
be advantageous)
- Code 08 B driver’s license
- Must be prepare to transfer between facilities/areas
Key Performance Areas
- Coordinates and controls Facilities Management Services’
Administrative function within their Area
- Coordinates and controls workflow processes, procedures and
output levels of administrative personnel
- Ensuring compliance with the Asset Management policy, Municipal
Finance Management Act and related corporate procedures during
acquisition to disposal of assets
- Coordinate financial administration and related transactions within
Facilities Management Services Area
- Coordinating general administrative matters related to their Area
- Coordinating emergency management planning related to their
Area
