Provides routine clerical support services to ensure adequate support to professional and management staff.

Greets and directs visitors, and completes and issues all necessary documentation, including the creation of badges and guest lists.

Ensures that meeting and conference rooms are reserved, and appropriate equipment is available for meetings.

Operates office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers to support efficient business continuity.

Sorts and files more complex records and documents to maintain accurate recordkeeping; collates receipts and puts them in appropriate order.

Enters and edits documents using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to ensure all documents produced adhere to established standards.

Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipates needed supplies, places and expedites orders for supplies, and verifies the receipt of supplies.

Stamps and sorts packages and mail and distributes to appropriate parties in a timely manner to ensure proper routing.

Maintains tidy office area to ensure orderliness of facility. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

Undertakes general clerical duties with specific projects as required.
