Administration/Reception Intern
About the job
·        Ensure call receiving, screening, forwarding or messaging as required  ·        Greet clients when entering the building and find out their nature of enquiry, refer them to appropriate contacts, either in the organization or elsewhere ·        Carry out other clerical, secretarial and receptionist duties as requested ·        Organize and perform duties as required by the HR Manager and support all administrative processes ·        Assist in the training process; enquiries, planning, payments, filing.

0-2 years’ work experience
Diploma/Degree in Administration /Business Management
Able to help customers in a friendly and efficient manner
Good communication skills
Assist as and when required with additional tasks
Must be a South African Citizen
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
